DJ Geometrix Cannot Get Enough of Ultrabar

Ultrabar resident DJ Geometrix will be spinning all night on the main floor for POP event at Ultrabar Friday August 19.  Geometrix is also the hip-hop room deejay for Glow at Fur Nightclub and co-director of the B2R (Back to Rock) Music School’s Beat Refinery in Herndon, Virginia. Doors open at 9PM and allow an 18 and over crowd.  Ladies 21 and over will be allowed free admission before midnight and guys 21 and over will gain free entry before 11PM.

US DMC DJ finalist Geometrix performed with Diddy, Fat Joe and DMC champions Craze and A-Trak.   He also played at events for Mountain Dew, Royal Caribbean International and Red Bull. His recent remixes of Mike Posner, Britney Spears and David Guetta ft. Rihanna lit up the Internet.

 There isn’t a hotter jock on Washington DC’s party circuit than DJ Geometrix. There’s nothing to gripe about when Geo is on the wheels, as he’s a smooth operating Cuisinart when dicing together urban hits, dancehall and retro jams.

Las Vegas' DJ Scene returns to POP at Ultrabar

 This week’s POP event at Ultrabar with feature guest DJ set by Sin City’s DJ Scene Friday July 15 in the District. This is also the grand opening of Fat Fridays, a new exclusive open bar for ladies in Chroma's VIP level 10pm- 1am.  Doors open at 9pm and allow an 18 and over crowd.  Ladies 21 and over will be allowed free admission before midnight and guys 21 and over will gain free entry before 11pm.

 

DJ Scene’s distinct style of scratching, live remixing and blending classic party anthems, spans every genre from AC/DC to Jay-Z, 80′s to pop. He has performed with everyone from 50 Cent, Ludacris, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Jurassic 5, The Roots, De La Soul, DJ Premier, DJ AM, Common, Public Enemy, Sir Mix-A-Lot, Method Man, and many others.

Scene currently has a weekly mix show every Saturday on WILD 94.9 FM in San Francisco, a podcast that reaches 185,000 plus  subscribers weekly.  Originally from Seattle, he mixed 5 days a week on air with KUBE 93.3 FM, while prerecording for XM Satellite Radio 67 ‘The City’. Scene has also reached plenty of ears through Myspace where he has over 1.5 million plays of his exclusive remixes and live recordings.
